Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance to students on academic programs, university selection, and career pathways.
  • Assess students' educational backgrounds and career goals to develop personalized counseling plans.
  • Stay current with global education trends, international admissions procedures, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Mentor and support junior counselors, ensuring high-quality and consistent counseling practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in educational counseling or academic advising.
  • In-depth knowledge of international university admissions (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to student success.
