Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance to students on academic programs, university selection, and career pathways.

Assess students' educational backgrounds and career goals to develop personalized counseling plans.

Stay current with global education trends, international admissions procedures, and scholarship opportunities.

Mentor and support junior counselors, ensuring high-quality and consistent counseling practices.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and academic institutions.

Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in educational counseling or academic advising.
  • In-depth knowledge of international university admissions (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to student success.
  • Experience in sales activities will be preferred
