Job Title: Litigation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Litigation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of litigating personal injury cases from initial filing through trial/arbitration or settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, and trial preparation
  • Counsel clients on legal matters and provide guidance on best course of action
  • Draft and review documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
  • Analyze complex information and make informed decisions

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in litigation
  • WSBA Membership required
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
