About This Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to assist our production team in reviewing and following up on various production-related activities at vendor factories.

  • Visit factories, review production status, and address any concerns with factory management and line managers.
  • Identify potential problems during factory visits and inform factory management and line managers immediately.
  • Verify fabrics and trims received by factories match approved swatches and trim cards.
  • Check cutting reports and raise concerns about short shipments.
  • Support in preparing bi-weekly reports on production status, material, and approval status for calls with the team.
Key Responsibilities
  • To conduct regular factory visits to monitor production progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • To work closely with factory management and line managers to resolve any issues that may arise during production.
  • To maintain accurate records of production data and provide timely updates to the team.
What We Are Looking For
  • A self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Effective communication skills with internal functions and vendors.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in denim production. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be proficient in both English and the local language.

Benefits

The successful candidate can expect to spend around 80% of their time traveling to different locations. They will also need to meet deadlines and identify potential issues or risks promptly.
