Job Opportunity

The Solution Engineer position involves daily audits of the CAT portal, analyzing submitted trades data for potential issues. This entails reviewing trades on a regular basis to identify any discrepancies and using critical analysis and business acumen to pinpoint the root cause.

Once identified, the engineer will communicate with counterparties via email to take necessary steps in resolving these issues. If the problem lies within our system, the engineer will submit JIRAs to L3 and ensure timely resolution.

A key aspect of this role is monitoring SQL jobs set up for various processes across AWS and other data center machines. The engineer must also perform L1 and L2 support, coordinating with the development team outside working hours to guarantee fixes are deployed promptly.

Additionally, the Solution Engineer will attend organizational training sessions to enhance their skills and stay updated on the latest developments. They will also delegate tasks to relevant departments and provide assistance as needed.

In terms of required skills, familiarity with basic C programming language concepts is essential. This knowledge will enable the engineer to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
