Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Officer to join our team at Mashreq Global Network Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering all pertinent areas such as benefits administration, HRMS maintenance, payroll, insurance, and end of service administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Management: Ensure accurate and complete system records of employees, including job details, performance, salary, and previous employment history.
  • Employee Records: Manage full employee records in the system, maintain existing processes, workflows, and documents.
  • Support and Automation: Provide first-level support to internal stakeholders/end users, report issues/errors to relevant Technology Teams, and facilitate automation of PICG processes.
  • Reports and Analysis: Generate various staff reports for business support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Logical reasoning and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of end-to-end HR processes
