Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial operations in Karachi Division.

About the Role:

  • SUMMARY: Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to boost profitability and drive sustainable growth.
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Plan and schedule crude oil procurement to ensure optimal supply chain alignment and production efficiency.
    • Oversee end-to-end supply chain management, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless execution.
    • BUILD STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING CUSTOMERS, SUPPLIERS, AND REGULATORY AUTHORITIES.
    • Identify and capitalize on new products, markets, and revenue opportunities.
    • Lead contract management and negotiations, aligning them with the company's financial and strategic objectives.
    • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement, sales, customer satisfaction, and pricing strategies.
    • Foster operational excellence by promoting innovation, adopting best practices, and driving continuous improvement in processes and products.
    • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory and compliance standards, proactively managing risks in contracts, supply chain, and commercial operations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 20 years of experience working within large-scale commercial operations, preferably in the Oil Refining Sector or OMCs, including at least 5 to 7 years of demonstrated success in a senior leadership position.
  • Strategic thinker with a can-do attitude, strong leadership skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Extensive expertise in the petroleum market, strategic business planning, and customer relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver sustainable growth and profitability in competitive markets.
  • Preference will be given to seasoned professionals from reputed organizations.

Qualification:

  • Masters degree in Business or Engineering from a reputable institution.
