PHP Laravel Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled PHP Laravel Architect to lead the design, architecture, and development of high-performance web applications. You will play a pivotal role in making strategic technical decisions, guiding development teams, and ensuring the delivery of scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the architectural design and development of large-scale web applications using PHP Laravel
  2. Develop highly scalable and secure systems by defining architectural patterns and development standards
  3. Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  4. Optimize application architecture for performance, maintainability, and scalability
  5. Ensure the integration of backend systems with APIs, external services, and frontend components
  6. Design and implement robust backend services and data structures, including NoSQL/SQL databases
  7. Mentor and provide technical guidance to development teams
  8. Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and troubleshoot complex issues
  9. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and innovation
Must-Have Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in PHP Laravel development
  • Strong background in system architecture, REST API design, and microservices
  • Proficiency in OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
  • Extensive experience with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), query optimization, and schema design
  • Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB
  • Expertise in software testing (PHPUnit, Behat)
  • Strong knowledge of performance optimization, scalability strategies, and system security
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Vue.js or React
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker)
  • Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, etc.)
  • Proficiency with GraphQL APIs
