Job Summary:

The ecommerce onboarding specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the online store is properly updated and aligned with operational goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product onboarding by category and internal groupings to ensure seamless product presentation and customer experience.
  • Collect and track product content from copywriters and photo studios for consistency and accuracy on the website.
  • Investigate and resolve any product-related issues that arise.
Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with different levels of management, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks and manage projects effectively.
  • Attention to detail to maintain product accuracy and consistency.
  • Proactive ownership orientation to take initiative and complete tasks on time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as e-commerce platforms and systems.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Over 3 years of work experience in ecommerce or omni-channel retail roles.
