Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Motive Technologies Inc., you will contribute to the design and architecture of our Fleet products, utilizing your expertise in frontend technologies to mentor junior developers.

You will lead medium to large complexity Frontend projects, making architectural decisions, planning milestones, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Additionally, you will provide technical guidance, onboard new hires, and participate in code reviews to maintain the quality of our code base.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of Frontend development experience in a major framework/stack such as Angular, React, or Vue
  • Mid-advanced knowledge of Angular framework is beneficial
  • Experience leading complex Frontend projects, including architecture and design decision-making
  • Strong software design and architecture skills
  • Exposure to agile methodology of software development
