User Acquisition Manager Role

We are seeking a strategic and analytical individual to drive the growth of our user base across all apps. This role demands a strong understanding of digital marketing, including tactics such as paid advertising, content promotion, and influencer partnerships, as well as excellent collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Acquisition Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to drive app installs and engagement.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns across platforms such as social media, search engines, display networks, and mobile advertising networks.
  • Analyze Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROAS) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Budget Allocation: Allocate resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align acquisition efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on user acquisition performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Innovation: Explore and test new acquisition channels, tactics, and technologies to drive growth and engagement.
  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize creative, messaging, and targeting for better campaign performance.
