Supply Chain Operations Leader

This role involves developing and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and governance in various factory functions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for improved efficiency and governance.
  • Exploring low-cost automation projects for manufacturing operations.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in utilities consumed in the factory.
  • Working on refining category manufacturing strategies looking at end-to-end supply chain for Home Care.
  • Developing real-time monitoring and intimation systems for manufacturing KPIs.
  • Working on developing alternate sources of fuel for cost optimization.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Fresh engineering graduates are welcome to apply, candidates with 06+ months of experience working in the manufacturing environment will have preference.
  • Good engineering fundamentals on process equipment and parameters.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Leadership skills are essential for success in this role. As an individual, you must take personal responsibility and accountability for execution and results. You must also focus on the consumer and what they need.
