Position Overview and Purpose:

As a Process Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across various departments. This involves analyzing data to identify performance gaps and leading projects to enhance processes.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Align Initiatives with Strategic Goals: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure improvement initiatives align with the company's long-term business objectives.
  • Develop Performance Frameworks: Create and implement frameworks to measure and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Implement New Methodologies: Identify and implement innovative technologies and methodologies to future-proof operations.
  • Identify High-Impact Areas: Analyze data to pinpoint high-impact improvement areas and develop roadmaps for OEE and operational excellence.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement Projects: Coordinate and lead projects to address bottlenecks, reduce downtime, and increase productivity.
  • Drive Insights with SAP: Utilize SAP to analyze live data and drive insights for process improvement opportunities.
  • Standardize Operations: Develop and enforce interdepartmental standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between production, maintenance, procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Analyze Data: Track and report equipment and area-wise OEE using data analysis tools.
  • Ensure Timely Project Execution: Monitor project timelines and deliverables to guarantee timely and cost-effective project execution.
">Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills">

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of professional experience in a related field.

Skills: Data analysis and reporting, SAP, Power BI, MS Office, GMP, Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement expertise, technical knowledge of equipment and processes, project management skills, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
