We operate in Canada and the USA with physical stores across these regions, and our back-office operations play a critical role in our ecommerce success. We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer - Paid Ads Specialist to join our team.
The Job Description
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns for ecommerce stores. They will be responsible for strategically planning, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns to achieve maximum ROI. This includes leveraging advanced audience targeting, A/B testing ad creatives and landing pages, and scaling winning campaigns while maintaining low CPA and high ROAS.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising & Ecommerce Growth:
The selected candidate will continuously track and analyze ad performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other tracking tools. They will optimize ad spend based on key ecommerce KPIs, including CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROAS. Additionally, they will implement retargeting strategies to convert abandoned cart users and returning visitors.
Data-Driven Optimization:
The chosen candidate will work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives (images & videos). They will stay updated on the latest ecommerce marketing trends, algorithm updates, and ad platform changes. Moreover, they will provide performance reports with actionable insights to improve overall ad effectiveness.
Collaboration & Strategy:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and Shopify tracking setup. They will also possess expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns for ecommerce stores (Shopify preferred).
Expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Strong understanding of Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and Shopify tracking setup.
Ability to scale ad campaigns profitably while maintaining strong ROAS.
Proficiency in A/B testing, bid strategies, and audience segmentation.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Shopify Plus and understanding of ecommerce funnels.
Knowledge of email marketing, SMS marketing, and influencer collaborations to boost sales.
Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
