Lead Child Development Centre

We seek an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our childcare centre.

Key Responsibilities:

Child Care and Development
  • Develop high-quality child-centred programs that promote child development.
  • Ensure inclusive activities for children of diverse age groups while staying sensitive to their needs.
Leadership and Management:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members.
  • Effectively manage resources, schedules, and budgets.
Staff Development & Training:
  • Foster a positive work environment for daycare staff.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
Health and Safety:
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Parental Engagement & Communication:
  • Build positive relationships with parents on child development and well-being.
  • Manage communication channels for effective engagement with parents.
Operational Management:
  • Ensure seamless operations in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Communicate with relevant departments for procurement, maintenance, installations, and upgrades.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's (Hons) degree from a reputable university.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
