As a key member of our Commercial Analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing analytics frameworks to drive business impact across the Asia Pacific region.

You will partner with commercial teams to translate analytical solutions into actionable insights, driving cross-market takeaways from ongoing RGM and PnP programs. Your expertise in data engineering and data science will help standardize and streamline operations in analytics programs.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant Analytics and Insights experience, with extensive experience in translating PnP and RGM Analytics programs into actionable insights. You should also have detailed knowledge of Promotion analytics programs and the science behind them, as well as experience in Pricing Analytics and Pack Price architecture analytics.

Beyond Technical Skills

We're looking for someone who can bridge commercial needs with analytical solutions, brief/support data science teams in creating the right solution. FMCG experience and Asia Pacific experience are an added benefit.

About this Role

  • This role is a core member of the Commercial Analytics practice, contributing to building an outstanding practice that elevates the impact of Analytics on APAC business.
  • The Commercial Analytics Manager must focus on the development of the analytics framework, delivery of analytics programs, and drive implementation of insights along the entire chain of the commercial process.
  • You will work closely with commercial partners to drive decisions on Pricing, Promotions, and Mix through a data-driven approach.
  • The key objective of this role is to translate analytics for business value creation.
