Job Overview

Premio Travel & Tours is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecom Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales deals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
  • Present and explain product features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively through active listening and negotiation skills.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) by leveraging persuasive abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software to inform future sales strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a telecom sales professional or similar sales role with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with customers and close deals.
  • Strong persuasive and closing abilities to overcome objections and secure sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
