About the Role
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition:
- Post job openings on relevant job boards, social platforms, and internal channels.
- Proactively source and screen qualified candidates for technical roles.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
- Strategic Hiring:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements.
- Draft compelling job descriptions tailored to technical positions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber technical talent.
- Continuously improve the candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- Administrative Support:
- Schedule interviews and prepare interview materials.
- Represent the company at job fairs, tech meetups, and recruiting events.
- Perform other recruitment and HR-related administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources; background in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred.
- Minimum 1+ years of focused experience in technical recruiting.
- Proven success with proactive sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Behance, Dribbble.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a team-first mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience working with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
