
Office Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Office Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
The Office Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing administrative support to the office operations.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and making reservations as needed.
- Managing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Performing basic bookkeeping activities.
- Assisting with event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Developing and implementing effective filing systems.
- Supporting other teams and departments as needed.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors. They will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
