Skillful AI/ML Developer Wanted

We seek a skilled AI/ML Developer to build sophisticated, production-ready solutions by integrating third-party large language models (LLMs) into enterprise systems. This role involves developing intelligent product features such as chatbots, Q&A systems, and contextual search tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize and integrate LLMs via APIs to develop innovative product features.
  • Design and implement prompt engineering strategies and fine-tune models to meet business-specific needs.
  • Develop AI components for speech processing, sentiment analysis, and intent recognition using various services and libraries.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI models into applications via REST APIs and microservices.
  • Develop clean, efficient, and testable Python code and participate in peer reviews, CI/CD workflows, and MLOps pipelines.
  • Monitor AI model performance, apply best practices in scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency, and document workflows and integration patterns.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development with Python, including at least 1–2 years of hands-on work in AI/ML applications.
  • Practical experience integrating LLMs via APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude), with working knowledge of prompt tuning and embedding-based customization.
  • Familiarity with fine-tuning techniques using different industry standard tools.
  • Strong understanding of NLP tasks and audio-based applications.
  • Experience with REST APIs, FastAPI/Flask, and microservice-based deployment.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker.
