Ambitious Healthcare Specialist Wanted

As a Health Representative, you will be responsible for making professional and skillful presentations to targeted doctors in your assigned territory to generate business.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure adequate knowledge of products and their competition to establish net gains for customers.
- Update doctors' contact records as needed with consent from the District Field Manager (DFM) and maintain call records through the M.I. system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly call plans and follow them to improve coverage of A, B, and C class customers based on defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Submit call reports through the M.I. application as scheduled.
- Track competitive activities in your geographical area and provide feedback to the DFM for communication to marketing for rebuttal strategies.
- Representative is responsible for calling on practicing physicians, hospitals, and other health-related organizations/personnel within an assigned territory.
- Makes professional presentations using selling skills to listed doctors on approved indications of products to increase prescriptions.
- Submits reports regarding calls made to doctors and chemists to the District Field Manager through the M.I. application as per defined KPIs.
- Follows the approved tour program, makes planned calls accordingly, and presents the coverage of A, B, and C class customers.
- Adopt ethical practices while promoting products to customers and pass on desired information about benefits offered by the product.
- Arranges Product Group Meetings with doctors to discuss one or two products in detail.
- Updates knowledge on own and competitive products.
- Collects and reports information on promotional and marketing moves of the competition.
- Provides periodic feedback to the manager and marketing group on these promotional activities.
- Ensures stock availability of major promotable products at retail level in the territory for honoring prescriptions generated by customers.
- Follows plans to achieve assigned objectives for increased prescription flow from identified doctors and reports findings periodically to the District Field Manager.
- Forwards technical queries raised by doctors to the Medical Division for clarification with intimation to the District Field Manager.
- Ensures proper dressing, attire, and maintenance of records/detailing kit and vehicle provided.
- Submits expenses and leave plans as per deadlines.
Qualification: Science graduate, preferably Pharm D
Work Experience: Min 2 Years, max up to 6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
Work Location Assignment: Remote - Field Based
