Main Responsibilities

  • Facilitate role-specific onboarding, orientation, and customer-specific training for new hires.
  • Lead live call-handling and patient interaction simulations.
  • Deliver professional learning aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Provide personalized coaching and actionable feedback for continuous improvement.

You'll also collaborate with Talent Development Specialists and Customer Success Coordinators to resolve performance issues and risk cases.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
  • 3–5+ years' experience in talent development, training delivery, facilitation, or related roles.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows and compliance standards is preferred.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills for both live and virtual settings.
