Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in business development to drive growth and expand our market presence through key partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the fuel sector, specifically focusing on Fuel Products.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to enhance revenue and market share in the Fuel Products segment.
  2. Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to accelerate organizational growth within the fuel market.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with critical clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
  4. Market Intelligence: Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and customer requirements to inform strategic initiatives.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve performance targets while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  6. Sales Performance Tracking: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to evaluate success and adjust strategies as needed.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies in alignment with corporate objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on the fuel industry, specifically in Fuel Products.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  3. Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth initiatives.
  4. Industry Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of the fuel market landscape and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  5. Leadership Capability: Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and developing sales teams.
  6. Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Analytical Orientation: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
