Job Opportunity: Digital Adoption Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Adoption Specialist to drive user enablement and streamline onboarding for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital adoption programs that ensure users fully adopt and utilize our technology solutions.

  • Design and deliver training via digital adoption platforms, e-learning platforms, in-person workshops, and other enablement channels.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align adoption strategies with broader organizational goals.

  • Monitor and measure success by tracking key metrics, platform usage, and evaluating the health of adoption programs.

  • Communicate progress to stakeholders and manage resistance using change management best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital adoption, change management, user enablement, or training-focused roles.

  • Proficiency in digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe, Pendo, Userpilot, or similar tools.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop roadmaps and execute cross-functional initiatives.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust, secure buy-in, and rally stakeholders across teams.

  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, comfortable using analytics to influence decision-making.

  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, structured technical content for a variety of audiences.

  • Familiarity with enterprise software environments and SaaS tools.
