Job Objective

We are seeking a Digital Adoption Manager with hands-on experience using Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) to drive user enablement, streamline onboarding, and maximize the ROI of technology investments. You will lead the strategy and execution of digital adoption initiatives, utilizing tools like WalkMe, Pendo, or Userpilot to create in-app guidance, interactive walkthroughs, and contextual support that empower users and remove friction from their digital experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Digital Adoption: Lead the design and implementation of digital adoption programs to ensure full adoption and utilization of our technology solutions by internal and external users.
  2. Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver training via DAPs, e-learning platforms, in-person workshops, and other channels.
  3. User Experience Optimization: Create interactive product walkthroughs, guided tours, and in-app messages to enhance feature discovery, reduce friction, and improve satisfaction.
  4. Monitor & Measure Success: Track key metrics, monitor platform usage, and evaluate program health to inform improvements.
  5. Change Management: Develop adoption roadmaps, communicate progress, and manage resistance using best practices.
  6. Collaboration: Work with Product, Support, HR, and IT teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless user experience.
  7. Documentation: Produce clear technical and user documentation to support ongoing training and success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in digital adoption, change management, user enablement, or training roles
  • Proficiency with digital adoption platforms like WalkMe, Pendo, Userpilot, or similar
  • Strong project management skills for developing roadmaps and executing initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and secure stakeholder buy-in
  • Strategic, data-driven mindset with analytics proficiency
  • Ability to produce clear, structured technical content
  • Familiarity with enterprise software and SaaS tools
