Quality Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems, ensuring alignment with international standards.
  • Review and update policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect best practices in quality management.
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the design and execution of quality control processes, ensuring operations/service consistency and adherence to established benchmarks.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and report findings to stakeholders.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.
  • Propose and implement improvements based on data analysis and trends.
  • Plan and conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address and rectify non-conformities identified during audits.
  • Work with relevant departments to update and revise documents as needed.

Qualification and Experience:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in quality management or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in quality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in quality management is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
  • Strong understanding of quality principles, processes, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.

Work Mode: On-Site
