Marketing Strategist

The role of Marketing Strategist is pivotal in spearheading B2B marketing initiatives. We seek a driven and experienced individual to develop and execute a holistic inbound marketing strategy that aligns with company goals. This involves leading cross-functional teams, driving measurable results through organic and paid channels, and continuously optimizing marketing funnels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Leadership: Develop a comprehensive B2B inbound marketing strategy, aligning with company objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of specialists across PPC, SEO, content, and marketing automation, setting clear KPIs and managing performance through regular reviews.

PPC & Paid Media:
  • Oversee paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant B2B networks.
  • Manage budget allocation, A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance reporting.

Content Marketing:
  • Direct the content calendar and strategy across formats (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages), ensuring content aligns with each stage of the buyer's journey and contributes to organic traffic and conversion goals.
  • Collaborate with internal/external writers and designers to deliver high-quality assets.

SEO & Organic Growth:
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, drive traffic, and increase lead flow.
  • Monitor performance through tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc., ensuring technical SEO, on-page, and off-page best practices are implemented.

Analytics & Optimization:
  • Analyze full-funnel performance and identify areas of improvement.
  • Create regular reports and dashboards to track ROI, CAC, and conversion metrics.
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns and processes based on data insights.

Requirements:

Must-Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital/inbound marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in managing PPC, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager).
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience working in B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with CRO and user journey mapping.

Previous success in scaling inbound lead generation efforts.
