The Chief Technology Officer's role is multifaceted, requiring strategic leadership to ensure the successful execution of our business mission through technology-driven innovation and deployment.

  • In partnership with our organizational leaders, identify opportunities and risks for delivering our services as a web-based business, including competitive analysis, market trends, and assessment of technical hurdles.
  • Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms for delivering our services, including web application frameworks and deployment stacks.
  • Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timetables for evaluation, development, and deployment.
Job Specification

We are seeking an experienced CTO who has successfully led commercial SaaS product development, architecture, and infrastructure activities. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive technology strategy and be responsible for envisioning and implementing cutting-edge solutions.

  • Computer Science or related field degree.
  • 6+ years of experience leading and managing technology teams, preferably in commercial software.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP programming language.
  • Experience with management system concepts and practices for a SaaS product in a public cloud environment – preferably in Microsoft Azure.
  • Familiarity with open-source solutions.
  • Knowledge of data security, secure coding, encryption, multi-tenancy, scalability, and high availability.
  • Proven experience in Agile/Post-Agile development environments.
  • Ability to communicate, inspire, and motivate.
  • Experience working with diverse customer bases, from technical staff to C-suite executives.
  • Willingness to expand knowledge through continuous learning and professional development.
