
Sales Territory Executive

Hayat Kimya, a leading multinational in the FMCG industry, is seeking a results-driven Sales Territory Executive to join their Central region team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion across assigned territories through effective market strategies, strong distributor relationships, and flawless execution. This role presents an exciting opportunity to take charge of primary and secondary sales, ensuring visibility, availability, and growth in a competitive environment.
Achieving monthly volume and distribution targets will be a key focus area. Daily planned outlet coverage and retail productivity maximization are also crucial aspects of this position. Additionally, maintaining 100% range availability of Hayat Kimya products across all active outlets will ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–6 years of relevant sales and distribution experience in the FMCG industry.
- Proven leadership skills with a strong track record of delivering results through distributor-led models.
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics in the North region.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and field sales technology platforms.
