General Manager Position

Main Accountabilities:
  • Operational Performance: Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 10 years of progressive hotel management experience, with 5+ years as a General Manager.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
