Job Title: Senior Network Optimization SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Network Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our network operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of network performance and customer satisfaction.

Your primary focus will be on monitoring OSS KPIs related to accessibility, retainability, mobility, and quality to meet defined quarterly/yearly SLA thresholds. You will also identify quality degradation issues, devise optimization strategies, and execute plans to achieve targets.

In addition, you will perform RF domain performance audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies, ensuring smooth operation and network quality.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare network overview reports for management review, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, causes of degradation, and improvement plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant telecom experience
  • Proficiency in RF parameters and features across 2G/3G/4G
  • Hands-on experience with optimization and planning tools (TEMs, ATOLL, GENEX, PRS, NEMO)
