Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee the administration and governance of our corporate credit card program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance operations, HR shared services, or a related field, with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate credit cards, including issuance, maintenance, suspension, and closure of accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor transactions for anomalies and escalate as needed.
  • Act as the primary liaison between HR Shared Services, Finance, card providers, and employees.
  • Generate and analyze program metrics (e.g., card usage, delinquency rates, policy violations).
  • Present insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • BBA (Finance) or B.Com (Accounts)
  • GMS Certification
  • 5–6 years of experience in corporate credit card administration, finance operations, or HR shared services
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge on platforms like Concur, Oracle, or SAP ServiceNow
