Strategic Digital Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Strategic Digital Leader to drive our digital marketing efforts forward. This key role will oversee the development and execution of our digital strategy, leveraging expertise in SEO, content marketing, campaign management, email automation, and social media to generate high-quality leads, increase brand visibility, and strengthen our online presence globally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals, mentoring cross-functional teams, and collaborating closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and consistent brand messaging across digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a forward-thinking, data-driven digital marketing strategy, overseeing performance-driven campaigns across all digital channels, and defining, monitoring, and reporting on KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and AI-driven marketing solutions.

Additionally, the Strategic Digital Leader will spearhead content strategy and brand storytelling efforts, leveraging generative AI and machine learning to personalize customer journeys, automate campaign workflows, and enhance audience segmentation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with 10-12 years of progressive experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role. They will possess deep expertise in SEO, paid media, content marketing, campaign management, email automation, and brand development, as well as excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

They will also have hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools and familiarity with machine learning applications in marketing, such as recommendation engines and lead scoring models.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or advanced certifications in digital marketing preferred.
  • 10-12 years of progressive digital marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, paid media, content marketing, campaign management, email automation, and brand development.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using Google Analytics, GA4, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools and familiarity with machine learning applications in marketing.
