We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Sales Expert to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in digital marketing sales, with a proven track record of converting leads into paying customers. They will be responsible for engaging potential clients through inbound/outbound calls and live chats, utilizing persuasive communication and needs-based selling techniques to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Conversion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing targeted sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Sales Upselling/Cross-Selling: Provide value-added services to existing clients, offering customized digital marketing solutions that meet their evolving business needs.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (digital marketing industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing services and industry trends
  • Fluent English language skills with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Confidence in closing sales and overcoming objections
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, team player comfortable with night shift working hours
