About the Role

Deliver projects based on scope of service while ensuring 5-Star customer service. Collaborate with customers on enterprise-level projects involving Microsoft cloud and on-premises solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot optimal infrastructure for clients.
  • Provide technical consulting and support for complex Microsoft-related issues across client base.
  • Migrate workloads from on-premise data centers to cloud platforms (Azure/M365).
  • Create detailed documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and support guidelines.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Windows Autopilot, device profiles, compliance policies, RBAC, and application deployment for multiple customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 9-10 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud, security stack, MDM, and related technologies.
  • Solid understanding and experience of Azure Migrations, M365 migrations, deployment of Microsoft Sentinel, defender, Intune etc.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Fluent in English with clear written and verbal communication skills.
