Deliver Dynamic Customer Experiences with Microsoft Dynamics 365

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE Consultant to join our team. As a CRM/CE Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, customizing, and maintaining CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Lead the implementation process, including configuration, customization, data migration, and integration with other systems.
  • Develop custom workflows, plugins, custom entities, and scripts to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other business applications and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Provide training to end-users and administrators on how to use Dynamics 365 CE effectively. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  • Create detailed technical documentation including solution design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Perform thorough testing of CRM solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfill business requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through training and certifications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE, including implementation, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in configuring Dynamics 365 CE, customizing forms, views, workflows, and plugins using C#/.NET.
  • Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 CE with other systems using tools like Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft Flow, or custom integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications such as MB-200 (Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core) or MB-210 (Dynamics 365 Sales) are highly desirable.
