Job Title: Hospital Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Policy Compliance and Implementation: Ensure the effective execution of institutional policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of adherence to established guidelines.
  2. Reporting and Data Analysis: Compile and provide daily reports on bed availability in critical units, mortalities, patient inflow, and outflow. Utilize this data to inform strategic decisions and optimize hospital operations.
  3. Administrative Issue Resolution: Address and resolve administrative issues related to patients and attendants in consultation with healthcare practitioners and administrative departments. Employ active listening skills and demonstrate empathy to resolve conflicts effectively.
  4. Liaison with Security Department: Maintain close liaison with the Head of Department (HOD) Security to handle conflict-like situations or emergencies. Collaborate to develop and implement security protocols that ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
  5. Daily Reporting: Report all important matters to the Director of Administration on a daily basis, ensuring timely communication and transparent decision-making processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Education and Work Experience: Preferably hold a Master's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification, with 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a hospital setting. Leverage your expertise to drive operational excellence and improve patient outcomes.
  2. Essential Skills: Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate complex situations and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  3. Pressure Management: Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure and difficult situations, remaining composed and focused under challenging circumstances.
