Financial Operations Specialist

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions quickly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments.
  • Follow up on overdue invoices via phone calls, emails, and formal correspondence to minimize delays and maximize cash flow.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record and allocate incoming payments accurately, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Generate aging reports and assist with cash flow forecasting to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support month-end closing activities related to receivables, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
