Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the financial department, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of financial transactions. This includes:

  • Effective management of financial assets and liabilities, including cash, securities, and derivatives.
  • Monitoring and controlling financial risk, including market, credit, and operational risks.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of financial markets and instruments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and control financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and settlements.
  2. Monitor and report on financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
  3. Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in financial operations, including treasury and capital markets.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
