
HORECA & O&I Client Growth Specialist

**About the Opportunity:**
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Account Manager to drive the growth of our HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and O&I (Offices & Industries) client base. This role involves developing and executing account strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Account Acquisition & Management:
- • Identify and onboard new HORECA and O&I clients.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Sales Growth & Business Expansion:
- • Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Order & Relationship Management:
- • Handle end-to-end order processing, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supply chain teams.
- • Provide regular updates to clients on promotions, new products, and pricing.
- Payment Recovery & Account Retention:
- • Ensure timely invoicing and payment recovery from clients.
- • Address and resolve any billing or payment-related issues.
- • Implement strategies to retain high-value clients and minimize churn.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the food, FMCG, or supply chain sector.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in business, Sales or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Excel, and data analysis for reporting.
