HORECA Sales Development Manager

This role involves driving Grao's business growth in the HORECA segment by acquiring new customers and increasing sales output. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and acquiring new customers within the HORECA sector, building and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting presentations, product tastings, and customer meetings to promote Grao's product portfolio, collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience and brand presence, tracking, analyzing, and reporting sales performance and market trends, and providing feedback from the market to help shape product offerings and strategy.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or F&B sector. Experience in HORECA sales is highly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as self-motivation, results-driven attitude, and passion for business development. Enthusiasm for coffee and understanding of the coffee industry is a plus.
