Job Summary


This role is perfect for a detail-oriented and organized individual who enjoys working in a dynamic finance environment. As an Associate Finance, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our finance department.
  • Record and post daily financial transactions including AR, AP, bank, cash, and journal entries in SAP B1 system.
  • Evaluate documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare necessary documents for payments, transfers, and deposits.

Reconciliation & Reporting
  • Perform monthly bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Support the preparation of monthly closing entries, accruals, and schedules.
  • Contribute to generating internal financial reports for management review.

Tax & Compliance Support
  • Compile data for sales tax and withholding tax submissions.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor tax compliance.
  • Collaborate with tax consultants for timely submission of returns.

External Coordination
  • Liaise with vendors for invoice follow-ups and payment coordination.
  • Communicate with banks for routine transactions and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing responses to external parties.

Internal Collaboration & Administrative Support
  • Work with internal teams for invoice approvals and expense claims.
  • Support petty cash management and staff reimbursement processing.
  • Maintain company policies and internal control procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • ACCA/CA/ICMA (Finalist).
  • 0–1 year experience in finance/accounting role or prior internship/exposure to SAP B1.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel, communication skills, basic knowledge of tax/accounting principles, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
