Marketing Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry with two different firms.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful marketing manager will be responsible for researching and evaluating new opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights. They will develop and execute overall marketing strategies for existing products, collaborate with product development teams to manage new product launches, and ensure effective branded marketing communications.

Requirements:
  • Strong track record of progressively more responsible positions in marketing, preferably in a similar industry with two different firms.
  • Excellent communication skills are crucial for this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to boost productivity and continuously enhance methods and approaches is vital.
  • A commitment to lifelong learning is essential.
  • Expertise in internet and social media strategy with a proven track record is mandatory.
  • Effectiveness in engaging with customers, customer evangelism, and customer-focused product development and outreach is expected.
  • Ability to see the big picture and provide valuable advice and input across the company is critical.
  • Leadership skills in an environment of constant change are necessary.
  • Experience working in a flexible, employee-empowering work environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity and proficiency with marketing tools including PR, written communication, website development, market research, product packaging, Microsoft software suite, visual communication software products, and creative services are required.
