Senior SAP PP-QM Consultant

At an industry-leading company, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP PP-QM Consultant to drive implementations, enhancements, and support projects in the pharmaceutical or process manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP PP and QM modules for optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop business requirements from stakeholders into functional specifications by gathering and analyzing their needs.
  • Configure production processes such as MRP, production orders, demand management, capacity planning, and shop floor control to meet business objectives.
  • Set up quality management functionalities including inspection planning, results recording, and quality notifications to ensure compliance.
  • Integrate SAP PP-QM with other relevant SAP modules (MM, SD, WM, FI/CO) to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.
  • Conduct thorough testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure seamless system functionality.
  • Provide expert training, documentation, and post-go-live support to users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to maximize system effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to develop custom solutions and enhancements that address business-specific needs.
  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) for pharmaceutical-specific compliance and validation requirements.
  • Participate in global SAP rollouts across multiple locations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM modules.
  • At least 2 full-cycle end-to-end SAP implementations with successful project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of integration with other SAP modules.
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical or process manufacturing industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
