Job Title: SAP Retail Solutions Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Retail Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our retail solutions group, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting large and complex SAP projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement solutions to meet business requirements.
  2. Collaborate with business process/activity owners to understand business requirements and solution design.
  3. Develop expertise in SAP S/4HANA in Retail preview.
  4. Manage and maintain retail master data including merchandise hierarchy, article hierarchy, article master, article categories, and site master.
  5. Implement assortment & layout management, pricing & valuation, procurement, internal procurement, inventory management, goods receipt and issue handling, goods issue via outbound process, physical inventory, and cross docking.
  6. Manage inventory & warehouse management, handling unit management, merchandise distribution, replenishment planning, and various P2P processes.
  7. Integrate SAP modules such as finance and accounting, inventory, warehouse management, and sales and distribution.
  8. Implement SAP best practices to accelerate project delivery and reduce costs.
  9. Perform fit-gap analysis, create RICEF objects, user exits, and interfaces for business improvements.
  10. Develop knowledge of EDI interfaces with third-party systems, eCommerce platforms, and principals.
  11. Automate business processes.
  12. Support IDOC monitoring, troubleshooting, and SLA adherence.
Requirements:
  • 5-6 years in SAP Retail
  • Knowledge of business process across fashion, hard goods, and food
