Supply Chain Leadership Role

A seasoned professional with expertise in Supply Chain Management is sought to oversee the entire supply chain operations, including procurement, production, and logistics. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Chemical Engineering and Supply Chain Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs through process improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Oversee the procurement of raw materials, goods, and services, ensuring timely delivery and optimal quality.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards to maintain a strong reputation and minimize risk.

Success in this role requires excellent leadership and team building skills, as well as the ability to think strategically, negotiate effectively, and foster a culture of innovation and development.

Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field such as Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a supply chain function, demonstrating expertise in process optimization and team management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
