Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical service and support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex problems to ensure customer network stability and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver prompt and professional customer support, 24x7, based on rotation schedules.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues through thorough Root Cause Analysis.
  • Maintain accurate knowledge management systems for efficient issue resolution.
  • Evaluate and implement software updates, load packages onto Ericsson Core nodes, and ensure seamless system integration.
  • Lead Collaboration Review Sessions with Senior Domain Managers to drive business outcomes.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the CS Core domain.
  • Familiarity with CSCF, MTAS, SBG/BGF technologies, as well as MSC-S, M-MGW, STP/IP-STP protocols.
  • Strong understanding of UDM domains, including CUDB, HSS-FE, HLR-FE, EIR-FE, and mobile call flows.
  • Experience with MAP, SCCP, SIP, Diameter, and LDAP protocols is essential.
  • Troubleshooting expertise in IMS/VoLTE call flows, SRVCC, and CS Fallback procedures.
  • Able to prepare and execute MOP plans with thorough impact analysis.
  • Familiarity with Cloud/Virtualization concepts and VNF/CNF Management is desired.
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations.
