Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to oversee our revenue-related processes. This key role involves ensuring accurate and timely revenue realization while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Achieving revenue targets through strategic coordination and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Implementing policies regarding receivables, monitoring bill registers for completeness and accuracy, and dispatching monthly invoices in a timely manner.
- Recovering from active customers within assigned targets, resolving billing complaints within 24 hours for CRM complaints and 12 hours for priority complaints.
Key qualifications include an MBA in Finance or equivalent, along with relevant experience and technical competencies in Power Point, Business Communication, and Advanced Excel.
