Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sales and Service Specialist to join our team. As a Sales and Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. Your role will involve answering customer queries in a timely and seamless manner, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs.

You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that all customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
