We at Phone Shark are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our company's growth by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products and services through online channels and phone calls. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. This position is ideal for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals who excel in English communication, have a strong background in online sales, and are dedicated to converting leads into confirmed customers.
Responsibilities
1. Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls via WhatsApp, providing excellent customer service and sales support.
2. Lead Conversion: Monitor and engage with potential leads through WhatsApp and Meta platforms, aiming to convert them into confirmed customers.
3. Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customers and leads, addressing inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving concerns professionally and efficiently.
4. Sales Conversion: Use persuasive communication and product knowledge to convert leads into confirmed sales, meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales targets.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and lead information using CRM software.
6. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and upsell to customers.
7. Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback on customer preferences, sales strategies, and opportunities for improvement to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Timing:
Monday to Friday - 10 AM to 7 PM
This is an on-site job. The candidate is expected to commute to work during the shift and work from the Karachi office.
Additionally, the candidate must have a remote work setup with the ability to work from home when instructed by management if there are unexpected situations like strikes, other disruptions, etc. Therefore must have a WFI setup, including computer equipment, office essentials, high-speed internet (50 mbps+), and a power backup in case of power issues.
Qualifications:
O/A Level Stream Candidates Only with Graduation completed or in progress
Skills:
1. Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English is essential to communicate with customers and leads effectively.
3. Proven experience in online sales and lead conversion, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and empathy, to provide an outstanding customer experience.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and leads.
6. Proficiency in using WhatsApp for business, Meta platforms, CRM software, and other relevant online tools.
7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
8. Willingness to adapt to changing customer needs and evolving sales strategies.
9. Flexible to work on varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
10. Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team and provide valuable insights for collective success.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience, plus commission.
